Hopeful
Featurette
On October 14 2015, seven students from University of Tasmania occupied the entry to Vice-Chancellor Peter Rathjen’s office. The students represent Fossil Free UTAS. They refused to leave until the university agreed to divest from fossil fuels. Fifteen days later, the students have emerged. Although the university has not yet agreed to divest, they are hopeful, now more than ever.
